The Railway Recruitment Boards have published Centralised Employment Notification 05/2026 for 590 posts in 31 paramedical categories across all RRBs. The largest by far is Nursing Superintendent with 365 posts at Level 7, followed by Health and Malaria Inspector Gr II with 43. Online applications opened on 15 September 2026 and close at 23:59 on 14 October 2026, with the fee payable until 16 October and a correction window from 17 to 26 October. Age is reckoned as on 1 January 2027, not as on the closing date. The fee is largely refundable: Rs 500 for all candidates with Rs 400 returned on appearing in the computer based test, and Rs 250 for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, female, transgender, minority and EBC candidates, returned in full. One point decides many candidatures: you may choose only one RRB and submit only one application. More than one application, to the same RRB or a different one, means every one of them is rejected and the candidate is debarred from future RRB examinations.
