Make a PDF from your photos
Forms that ask for a marksheet or a certificate usually want one PDF, not five photographs. Add the pictures, drag them into the right order, and set the KB limit the portal allows.
Your image never leaves this device. It is read by your browser, resized on this page, and handed straight back to you. There is no upload and no server involved.
This browser is too old for this tool. Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone will work.

Add at least one photo
Pages come out in the order below. Use the arrows to move one up or down, a marksheet uploaded back to front is a rejected application.
Leave blank if your form does not state a limit.
Do I need a scanner?
No. Photographs from a phone are enough. Put the document on a flat surface, shoot straight down in good light, and keep your shadow off it. Each photo becomes one page of the PDF.
How do I change the page order?
Every photo in the list has an up and a down arrow, and the PDF is built in exactly the order shown. This is not a small detail, a marksheet uploaded back to front is a rejected application.
Should I pick A4 or fit-to-image?
Pick A4 if the portal asks for A4: the photo is centred on the sheet with a small margin. If nothing is specified, fit-to-image is usually better, the page comes out exactly the size of your photo, so nothing is cropped and no empty white space is added.
How do I make the PDF smaller?
Enter a KB limit and the tool lowers the quality of the photographs only as far as it needs to for the file to fit. If it still cannot, it tells you the smallest it managed rather than pretending, and then a page has to come out.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is assembled inside your browser. There is no server and no account. That matters more here than anywhere else on the site, because these are your marksheets, Aadhaar and certificates.
