Add your name and the date
A few boards, MPPEB and some police recruitments among them, reject a photograph that does not carry the candidate’s name and the date it was taken. This writes both across the foot of the picture.
Your image never leaves this device. It is read by your browser, resized on this page, and handed straight back to you. There is no upload and no server involved.

Check the spelling against your form before you download. A name that does not match the application is the usual reason one of these is rejected.

Why do some forms want a name and date on the photo?
A few boards, MPPEB and some police recruitments among them, require the candidate’s name and the date the photograph was taken to be written across it. It lets them check that the photo is recent and belongs to the candidate. Without it the photograph is rejected.
Is this a particular board’s official template?
No, and that is worth knowing. Every board sets its own dimensions, text size and date format, and these change from one advertisement to the next. So this tool imposes no fixed template. You take the size, the name and the date off your own notice, and it draws exactly what you tell it.
How much does the spelling matter?
A great deal. The board matches the name on the photograph against the name on your application, and a single letter of difference is enough to have it rejected. Check it against the form before you download.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. It is read and changed inside your browser. There is no server and no account.
