The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has published Advertisement No. 06/2026 (notice no. 2592 dated 15 September 2026) for 2,607 posts in the lecturer cadre (PGT) in the state's aided secondary schools. One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory and must be completed before applying. Applications open on 18 September 2026, the last date to pay the online application fee is 17 October 2026, corrections can be made until 21 October 2026, and the examination is scheduled for 15 and 16 December 2026. Qualification and eligibility are set out in the detailed advertisement on the UPESSC website; the Commission says it gives no separate advice on eligibility.
